Please
Note: On this site we prefer to use the actual Name of our loving Heavenly
Father as it was written in the Hebrew and thus you will note that we will use
the four letter “Memorial Name” of
- YHVH, which is pronounced as YaHVaH
or YaHWaH, also we will use our Heavenly Father’s title - “Elohim” rather
than “God” and we need to remember that “Elohim” (God)
is NOT a name but an attribute, a title! In addition we also love to use the
actual Name of our beloved “Messiah”
(written in Hebrew as “Mashiach” and in Greek as “Christos”), which is 
- Yahushua
(Yeshua in short) for this is the Messiah’s original Hebrew Name
as given to Him in Luke 1:31. This was
the only Name ever used when He was on the earth by His disciples and His
followers for hundreds of years thereafter. However it was changed to a foreign
name by the new church, which later became known as “the greater Roman
catholic church.” Occasionally, we may also use other Hebrew or Greek
names and words in our studies, but these will be translated when they are
used, either the first time in a study or at various times as needed for
clarity. For an explanation of YHVH’s most Holy and blessed
“Memorial Name” and the wonderful Name of our Messiah: Please read … “The
Memorial Name.”
The three
levels of learning & understanding of the blessed Word of YaHVaH Elohim (the Lord God):
When we read and study the blessed Scriptures,
the Word of YHVH Elohim as a believer in Yahushua (Yeshua) the Messiah, we
should keep following three steps always in mind for they are a valuable guide
and it will certainly provide us with guidance and illuminate the sheer beauty
and the fullness of YHVH’s most blessed Word.
1. Who was YHVH Elohim, blessed be His Holy Name speaking to?
2. When was it said?
3. How was His Word understood at the time it was spoken/given?
I do believe that these three points are most
relevant to our understanding of 1. What the Almighty is saying at the time
– 2. As well as what it means to us today - and 3. Especially to you and
me right now!

Part One
“To be
spiritually minded is life!”
From the very title
of this article, it will be obvious that I am going to deal with a very serious
matter. Considering the many uplifting studies our Lord and Saviour has allowed
me to share with the Body in Messiah since 1978, this article contains a
subject that I certainly had no desire to tackle. However, I am compelled in
the Lord to do so. Beloved as we continue I pray that as we gain a deeper
understanding of this unsavoury subject, we will realise the urgency of the
times and of those things that are taking place within so many Churches not
just today, but has been going on for quite some time already! The sad fact is
beloved, there are many in the “Church” including shepherds, who
have strayed far from the will of our Heavenly Father and our beloved Saviour,
but more importantly they have strayed from His blessed inspired Word!
Beloved, before reading “Beware the
Wolves” I do suggest that you seek YaHVaH Elohim (The LORD God) in prayer
and ask Him for the leading of the Holy Spirit in relation to those things that
are contained herein and ask for discernment … “that your Heavenly
Father of our Lord and Saviour Yahushua (Yeshua) our beloved Messiah, the Lord
of glory, may give to you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge
of Him” Ephesians 1:17. HalleluYAH.
Let us first turn to the precious Word of
Elohim (God) as we prayerfully commence this investigation of what is happening
in some parts of the Church in these “the Latter Days.”
“Therefore, there is now no condemnation
for those who are in Messiah Yahushua, because through Messiah Yahushua the law
of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. For what the
law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, Elohim
did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering.
And so He condemned sin in sinful man, in order that the righteous requirements
of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful
nature but according to the Spirit. Those who live according to the sinful nature
have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in
accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The
mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and
peace; the sinful mind is hostile to Elohim. It does not submit to Elohim's
law, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please
Elohim. You, however, are controlled not by the sinful nature but by the
Spirit, if the Spirit of Elohim lives in you. And if anyone does not have the
Spirit of Messiah, he does not belong to Messiah. But if Messiah is in you,
your body is dead because of sin, yet your spirit is alive because of
righteousness. And if the Spirit of Him who raised Yahushua from the dead is
living in you, He who raised Messiah from the dead will also give life to your
mortal bodies through His Spirit, who lives in you. Therefore, brothers, we
have an obligation, but it is not to the sinful nature, to live according to
it. For if you live according to the sinful nature, you will die; but if by the
Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live, because those
who are led by the Spirit of Elohim are sons of Elohim. For you did not receive
a spirit that makes you a slave again to fear, but you received the Spirit of
son-ship. And by Him we cry, ‘Abba, Father.’ The Spirit Himself
testifies with our spirit that we are Elohim’s children. Now if we are
children, then we are heirs, heirs of Elohim and co-heirs with Messiah, if
indeed we share in His sufferings in order that we may also share in His
glory.” Romans 8:1-17.
“I (Shaul - Paul), therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you
to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness
and gentleness, with long-suffering, bearing with one another in love,
endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one
body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one
Lord, one faith, one Immersion (baptism); one Elohim and Father of all, who is
above all, and through all, and in you all” Ephesians 4:1-6.
As we ponder on the precious Word
of Elohim and of those things taking place in these “the latter
days,” we know with assurance that as we faithfully “run the
race,” being “spiritually minded” in all things, we have
“life and peace” in Messiah Yahushua, our Lord! Amen.
“Do you not know that those who run in a
race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain
it. And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate in all things. Now
they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable
crown” 1 Corinthians 9:24-25.
This message “Beware the
Wolves” is a revised Version of one I shared back in 1990 at a “David House” meeting at Nambour, Queensland with my dear friend, now in the Lords
hand, dear brother Geogre Spall, and this work
contains an urgent warning to all saints in Messiah Yahushua in relation to the
many “wolves in sheep's
clothing” that are parading within so many churches.
It is sad, but some have said to
me in the past, when this message has been shared occasionally, “Brother Reuben we love your teaching, but you
should stick to positive and uplifting messages.” Beloved, firstly
this ministry The
RETURN Movement International is the most
positive ministry in every possible way, for we share the Word of YaHVaH
Elohim, and Yahushua as Lord and Redeemer to the faithful, as well as
Jew’s and Gentile’s in Australia and throughout the world.
Our main purpose is sharing the message that Yahushua is the Messiah and that He
is the only way to Salvation. Yahushua gave His life for us, in order that
those who believe in him and repent of their sins, will be saved and have
everlasting life! And this ministry will continue to share this Word of TRUTH
until we are called home!
Our very name, “The RETURN Movement
International,” calls lost souls
to “Return to Elohim”
and to “Repent”
that they may be washed clean by the shed blood of the Lamb! Now, I believe
this is Good (positive) News
indeed.
Secondly, Messiah Yahushua
Himself clearly spoke on the matter of “the
latter days” in order that we the faithful would clearly
understand of what that evil one is doing in these days. The adversary (haSatan) is attempting to “deceive, if possible, even the very elect.”
“For there shall arise false
Messiah’s (Christs),
and false prophets, and they shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that,
if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.”
Mattityahu -Matthew 24:24.
Sadly, this fact is all part of the “end times.” However, due to the signs of
these times, we know with certainty that the coming of our Saviour for His
faithful is near! Finally beloved, it was Yahushua and His apostles who clearly
warned us to “try and test
all things.” Thus, that is why this message is so
important for today! Believe me, I have prayed and the Lord wishes it to be
online for you to read, as He does not want you to be deceived, for you could
well be in the clutches of one of the deceivers already, although we pray not!
Part Two
“You shall know them by their
fruits”
“Beware of false prophets, who come to
you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You shall know
them by their fruits” Mattityahu - Matthew 7:15-16.
“There are some who trouble
you and want to pervert the Gospel of the Messiah. But even if we or an angel
from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you,
let him be accursed” Galatians 1:7-8.
“Then many false prophets
will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of
many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved”
Mattityahu - Matthew 24:11-13.
Among
some (so-called) Protestant
Churches today, the great issues of the reformation apparently have been
forgotten or are no longer considered important. Robert Schuller of the Crystal
Cathedral in California, describing his feelings as he watched pope John 2
perform Mass during his visit to Los Angeles, back in September 1987, Schuller
stated, “I cried through
most of the Mass, because there was nothing he said in words or theological
content that didn’t harmonise with my own belief system.”
Reported in the 'the Christian
News', June 13, 1988, page 18. Schuller’s
public remarks will confuse true believers, for the pope fervently believes
that “Only through the
performance of the sacraments (such as the mass) in the Roman Catholic Church,
will lives be led to heaven with divine certainty. The pope also continues
to believe “that outside the Roman Catholic Church, nobody can be saved.”
The
true unity of the Roman Catholic Church and the pagan pope is, for “the return of all separated brethren
to the one true Church
of God (that being the Church of
Rome).” Remember that it was the Church of Rome that called
all the Christians who would not accept the “divine authority of the Holy Father, heretics.”
Schuller and many other Christian leaders are willing to overlook the issues
for which thousands of faithful believers were martyred during the Reformation.
Schuller confided to the Cardinal of Los Angeles, Timothy Manning,
“Its time for Protestants to
go to the shepherd (the Pope) and say. ‘ What do we have to do, to come
home?’” As reported in the 'Los Angeles Herald Tribune',
September 1987.
We need to know that these statements come from a man who also wrote all of
these evil words … “Jesus knew his worth. His success fed his
self-esteem. He suffered the cross to sanctify his self-esteem. He bore the
cross to sanctify your self-esteem. And the cross will sanctify the ego
trip!” (From Schuller's book "Living Positively One Day at the
Time" page 201).
Here is
another idiotic statement by Robert Schuller, a man idolised by countless
thousands around the world … “I don't think anything has been done
in the name of the Christ and under the banner of the Christianity that has
proven more destructive to human personality and hence counter-productive to
the evangelism enterprise, than the often crude, uncouth and unchristian
strategy of attempting to make people aware of their lost
and sinful condition.” 'Christianity Today' August 10,
1984, pp. 23-24.
Schuller
also teaches, “A variety of
approaches to meditation is employed by many different religions as well as by
various non-religious mind control systems. In all forms, TM, Zen Buddhism, or
Yoga or Meditation of Judo - the Christian tradition, the mediator endeavours
to overcome distractions of the conscious mind ... We are empowered with great
many powers and forces that we do not yet fully understand. The most effective
mantras employ the ‘M’ sound. You can get the feel of it by
repeating the words. 'I AM, I AM,' many times over. Transcendental Meditation
or TM is not a religion nor is it necessarily anti-the Christian.”

Schuller believes that we should
try anything (never mind the
consequences) in order to gain that which we desire, even to entering
the “Fourth Dimension,”
written by an ex Shaman high priest who is now a Pentecostal minister Dr. Yonggi
Cho of Korea has deceived millions of Christians, and of course Pentecostal
Schuller has supported his book. Schuller states in the foreword, “Don't try to understand it, just
start to enjoy it, it’s true, it works. I tried it!” Or,
as he puts it on an Amway tape, “Possibility
Thinking Goals.” “You don't know the POWER you have within you.
You make the world into anything you choose. Yes, you can make your world into
whatever you want it to be.”
Never mind the will of our
beloved Heavenly Father, just start to enjoy the things of the flesh and be
assured it works! Worldly things will give you those things desired for. But,
what of the Word of YaHVaH Elohim, blessed be His Holy Name, and the promises
available through His only begotten Son Yahushua (Yeshua). If we follow
Schuller and his associates, then Yahushua’s blood will be of little
avail, unless all those who have gone astray REPENT and RETURN AGAIN to the
Lord, denouncing the hideous lies and wiles of the devil spoken by these
so-called men of Elohim.
Sadly, these so-called “spirit filled” preachers deceive so many in the
churches and the will lead them right into end-time deception. For example,
this is an extract from a letter by charismatic leader Harold
Bredeson, one of the
original board members of Pat
Robertson's CBN network. It deals with a
weeklong Prince of Peace Celebration , which was held in Rome in 1991.
“What we envision, Your
Holiness (the Pope), is what might be called a Spiritual Peace Treaty, signed
before the eyes of the world. This would take the form of Evangelical
Protestants and Catholics joining together to single out the Pope of Rome as
the man most worthy of receiving the Prince of Peace Prize - a man whose heart
reflects the heart of him (Jesus) who willed us His peace.”
How misguided they are. Bredeson and many other well-known charismatic leaders
supported this Prince of Peace Celebration. The truth is, only Yahushua is
the Prince of Peace! We must not forget that in 1989 the pope
declared in unison with the “Re-constructionalists”
(Kingdom NOW Theology), that “we the Church (Roman Catholics) are the
true Israel
of God.”
This kind of teaching is being
taught throughout much of the “Hyper Charismatic” circles in the USA. Kenneth
Hagin’s Rhema Bible
Training Centre uses a book called “The Eternal Church”
by Bill
Hamon as a training
manual. What does it teach? The same as the pope did in 1988. “The
Church is Israel and the heir to ALL of Israel’s promises and that
natural Israel has been CUT OFF from God and has No further place in the
prophetic scene.” Men such as Kenneth
Copeland, Jerry
Savelle, Gary Greenwald,
Earl Paulk, John Gimennez, and others have called this book,
“a valuable and indispensable tool.” Earl Paulk stated, “The hour has come for
us to know that the Spirit of Anti-Christ is now at work in the world through
so-called Holy Spirit filled teachers who say ‘If you bless national Israel, God
will bless you.’ Not only is this blatantly deceptive, it is not part of
the New Covenant at all.” From Earl's
book “The Handwriting on the Wall.”
Speaking at Oklahoma City on April 11 1988, Rick Godwin, another popular speaker on the
US Christian Media, delivered a type of anti-Israel rhetoric that is becoming
so typical in many Power of Positive thinking Circles. This is part of his
statement. “They (the Jews) are not chosen. They are cursed, they are
not blessed, they are cursed! The Church is the Israel
of God, not that garlic one over there on the Mediterranean
Sea!”
We the faithful in
Messiah Yahushua must beware of the wiles of men that teach and preach these
things. What does the Lord and Saviour say about them in the Book of
Revelations? Let us check …
“I know the slander of those who say
they are Jews (Israel)
and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.”
Revelations 2:9.
Even that so called ‘great leader’
of South Africa's black people Bishop Desmond Tutu (who should know better),
stated, as reported by the Messianic publication “Hadderech,”
also reported by Peter Lalonde in the Omega-Letter
June 89, “According the New Testament, the Jews must suffer. We will
definitely put it into practice when we are in power. As soon as we rule, there
will be no more sympathy for the Jews.” What a comfort this statement
brings to Jews living in South
Africa today. Then as reported on the ABC TV
News, 28 February 1990, the then President of South Africa, Mr. Mandella travelled to Zambia where he embraced none
other than Yassar Arafat and stated that he is
“a fellow freedom fighter” and wished Arafat “all
success.” This same man, Mandella
supported Saddam
Hussein until his death!
The American TV Evangelists
“But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any
other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed”
Beloved in Messiah, there is no
doubt at all that during these evil days, we are hearing about more murders
than ever, as well as crimes being committed by younger and younger individuals.
Then we see so many drunken scenes and drug deaths on our streets and it has
become so bad that hundreds of police are stationed in the night life
regions in an attempt to regulate or even stop it, but it never does! In
addition, just as our Lord and Saviour warned us there are the ongoing weather
patterns of cyclones, twisters, earthquakes, floods, wild (bush) fires and then
there are the many droughts in so many places! Finally, as we all know
there are severe wars in countless places, mostly to do with Muslim
problems (who are part of the mixture of the toes of Daniels Statue). With all
these signs we must be aware that we are certainly at least entering the
"end times" and tragically hundred’s of thousands of lives,
homes and businesses have been lost in recent times! In addition it is becoming
quite obvious that we are getting closer and closer to the cashless society, as
credit cards have become the absolute norm, and automatic online bank
e-payments of bills are now at the highest level ever. I recall warning people
how they would no longer be paid in cash each week or fortnight, as we used to
be, and that their pay would go directly into their saving accounts, etc. at
least 90% would argue with me that no one would stand for it and that governments
would fall if it was tried. However, as we know, it happened and without as
much as a single word of protest anywhere! By then, already people were used to
their credit cards, which was using the banks money and they could pay it back
as they wished with interest of course. Many believers in due course believed
that these cards may have been part, or the beginnings of the Mark of the beast. Well partially yes, but today we
are very much closer with a newer version! And that is the “Debit
Card,” a card where you use your own money, possibly later it may become
points to obtain whatever you need, etc. and then, because these cards can be
stolen, or at least the identity, a new system will be introduced, which will
be the obvious one, a chip on the person, which will be the “Mark of the
Beast” that has a number that contains all your information, and your
health details, address, just about everything, That is for those who accept
it! I could go on, but I am sure you have the overall picture. The idea is not
to be there in the first place, and if you have a debit card, please get rid of
it and discourage your loved ones to also do so, for it could encourage others
to become too used to the idea!
Beloved, please be aware of what is happening
around us and what could well be related to the “Latter Days” and
also the many errors and false teachings that is found in so many fellowships
and on TV and with preachers who are of an evil spirit and let us not be
deceived!
In these “latter days,” just as
our beloved Lord Yahushua so clearly warned us, there are many believers who
pursue health, wealth and the I, me and myself as they may have been following
some of the American TV evangelists that exude a great charisma, especially
certain American TV Evangelists that really stand out and they tend to have a
huge following. The question is why? Soon we will find out why!
These evangelists and this I do mean both male
and female tends to feed the hearers with a “gospel of prosperity”
that only feeds the flesh. Nevertheless beloved, decision time must come for
many, as we are accountable before YaHVaH Elohim,
blessed be His Holy Name, for “You cannot serve two masters!”
In recent years, we have seen
heresy preached by men and women, who claim to be “led by the Holy
Spirit.” However, can one in Messiah Yahushua, led by the Holy Spirit and
yet teach an untruth? No certainly not.
One well-known TV preacher who was accepted
into the AOG (Assemblies of God) after he supposedly
‘repented’ of heresy and false teaching. The question comes to
mind, is heresy a lesser sin than that of certain US evangelists that have fallen
from grace due to sexual transgressions? My recollection is that one of these
fallen preachers was not permitted to preach by the AOG for a required period,
however he did not obey and soon produced his own TV show, which eventually
failed due to lack of support. Yet, this American TV personality, Benny Hinn,
was exposed as a teller of countless lies in relation to his past and worse
still, has taught heresy, including that “God is not a (just a)
trinity but three separate trinities, nine gods in all.” He also
teaches that Jesus would
have sinned, had the Holy Spirit not been with him. One dramatic statement
goes as follows, “Jesus
knew the only way he would stop Satan is by becoming
one in nature with him” and “Jesus Christ
understood that spiritual death is union with the satanic nature.”
This man so much admired in certain circles, due to his well-orchestrated
miracle crusades, teaches that we (believers) are gods. Benny Hinn
even dared to declare, “I am Benny Jehovah,” whilst at a
Spiritual warfare seminar on May 2 1990.
On the TBN TV show, on October 23
1992, Benny
Hinn verbally attacked believers that stood against
his erroneous teachings and made the following threat. “Now I am
pointing my finger with the mighty power of God on me. You hear this, there are
men and women in southern California
attacking me. I will tell you all under the anointing now, you’ll reap it
in your children unless you stop. And, you’re children will suffer. You
will pay and your children will. Hear this from the lips of God’s
servant. You are in danger.” He continued, “Now I am going
to tell you that God prophetically is showing us in the Psalms, that the body
of Jesus Christ in America will sooner or later become militant and say,
‘We’ve have had it! You touch us one more time and drop dead
brother.’”
The AOG generally holds that Benny Hinn has repented from his lies, his outbursts and erroneous
teachings and now “teaches the solid Word of God.” If this is the
case, how come that in June 2000, and again late 2001, he was still threatening
his opponents in various “power of the Holy Spirit” ways. He is
still teaching the “prosperity,” “holy laughter” and
“pre-destination” gospel on TV. On his programme, “This is
Your Day” October 22 1998, Benny Hinn
had a lady on stage, who claimed that she had been healed. She told him that
she was devout Roman Catholic. Upon hearing this Hinn asked, “Does
your priest also minister in the healing ministry lady? Tell him to continue.”
This reminded me of an Australian evangelist
who toured India
in 1987. He and his entourage had the masses in a village “slain in
the spirit and speaking in tongues.” Yet upon investigation whilst I
was there a little later that same year, these same people, some of whom it was
claimed “accepted Jesus into their lives,” had their Hindu
gods lined up in their homes and continued to worship them. Where did the
slaying in the spirit and tongues come from? The answer is obvious, certainly
not from YaHVaH our Elohim, and the Holy Spirit!
Solid believers will recognise
the mutterings of Benny
Hinn and those like him, to be those of a false
prophet and teacher. Beloved, beware of those deceivers, which Messiah Yahushua
told us would come in the “Latter Days.” The list of Hinn's deceptions is long, but I will conclude with his
thoughts spoken on his "Praise the Lord" program on TBN TV on
December 1994, which confirms his statements to the Roman Catholic lady above.
Hinn was describing a Roman
Catholic communion that he had experienced. “I reached out and touched
a robe, which had a silky feeling, a beautiful softness to the robe. The next
thing I was feeling actually the form of a body, the shape of a body. And my
body went totally numb. And God really gave me a revelation that night, that
when you partake communion, it’s not just communion. We are partaking of Jesus Christ Himself.” As Benny Hinn
rambles on, he states his belief in “transubstantiation,” being
the teaching of the Church of Rome.
Can we have anything to do with
these lies? No, we cannot! Beloved we must pray that these false teachers and
prophets will not harm those who are still in the world but are seeking the
things of the Lord. For more information on Hinn, a book has been released
entitled “The Confusing World of Benny
Hinn,” which is available from most “Christian”
bookstores.
On Monday February 21, 2000, the Australian
newspaper “The Age” reported
that a New Zealand lawyer Peter McLeod was issuing a warning about a scheme that was being
put forward by the “John Avanzini Ministries”,
which has branches in Lower Hutt, New Zealand
as well as in Brighton in South
Australia. Mr. McLeod
stated that “the scheme preyed on
people's spirituality” and that “It could persuade the devout to draw out their savings in the
belief that such action was blessed by God,” he said.
The Age reported
“That the Office of Fair Trading in Victoria
was warning people about the scheme just over a year ago.” At that time,
the John Avanzini Ministries was promising to set
people “financially free” … IF they sent in a donation
with copies of their bills and mortgages, which would be burnt in a special
ceremony.
These and other scams put forward by Avanzini as well as evangelists such as Marilyn Hickey
have all received de-facto endorsement from the AOG and other Pentecostal
Church leaders in Australia and New Zealand by virtue of the fact that these
leaders promote the “ministry” of such people.
Once more we warn all those who are part of
these denominations and movements that if you remain silent on these things you
are giving tacit approval to the satanic evil that is happening in your
denomination’s, for there is much to be questioned! You have people like
these, there are all full fledged Pentecostal, and 99.9% are supported by the
AOG, such as Benny Hinn and most of those mentioned in this article, from Yonggi
Choy and his ardent follower Dr Robert Schuller, Pat Robertson,
Harold Bredeson, Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, Jerry Savelle, Gary Greenwald, Earl Paulk, John Gimennez, Rick
Godwin, Earl Paulk, John Avanzini and not to forget Brian and Bobby Houston
Hillsong (AOG) in Australia, and now taking over the world with their false
gospel!
In all honesty if you retain adherence to AOG
you MUST face the issue and confront those who are responsible for introducing
and promoting these people and their ministries. In Australia
the up-front runners were indeed David
and Marie
Cartledge and by implication
all of their National AOG Executive colleagues and their counterparts in New Zealand and
worldwide. They should all be held accountable. I suspect that in some cases
it's a matter of "you scratch
my back and I'll scratch yours." These American based churches seem all to good at promoting
various money scams of and when, let’s say Australian’s or other
nations visit the USA,
for their efforts they receive reciprocal treatment.
Many may remember that David Cartledge was well known for
his “pendulum swings”
when the going gets tough. He was the main promoter of Jimmy Swaggart leading up to Swaggart’s
exposure and escaped only by the skin of his teeth. At least he’s clever
enough to see the wolf coming.
There was
the famed “Alnor Report” under the heading “The Misadventures of Suzanne Hinn”
quotes the “Cape Times” newspaper
of South Africa who published a story on December 4, 1999 about shoplifting
from the Edgar's department store, by a woman calling herself Penny Hinn,
who claimed to be married to “popular
tele-evangelist Benny Hinn.” Christian
journalist Jackie Alnor reported the following
from the Cape
Times newspaper on March 3, 2000
…
“Prosecutor Brandon
Lawrence told the Cape Times
that although he believed he had a strong case against Penny Hinn,
he had dropped the serious charges because the court roll was full. . . The
Benny Hinn Ministries in Florida,
US, yesterday at first declined to comment on the matter, preferring instead to
answer questions in writing. However, when pressed further a woman at the
ministry, said pastor Hinn was married to Suzanne.
This is the name Hinn says she uses in the US. He (the prosecutor) had earlier
considered sending her for psychiatric evaluation. Hinn, who describes herself
as a religious person, was arrested at Edgar's
Store in Adderley
Street on December 4 and released on 1,000 Rand
bail for allegedly stealing two sets of ladies pyjamas. These were allegedly
found in her bag as she was about to leave the store.”
According to Jackie Alnor, she said that …
"Suzanne Hinn
can be seen making gestures like a charging bull, charging across the platform
back and forth and then sliding on her belly across the floor at Comedy
Central's website on Real Video. To repeat myself, we have said for some time
now that those like the Hinn’s who are into the
false Revival, now stuff will reveal their true character and the falsity of
their teaching by the things that they themselves do and say. God will remove
their sensibility and their basis of rational judgement and they will be exposed
for what they really are. This is happening, but there is something else that
we need to note from all of this and that is the extreme danger of issuing
curses and death threats upon followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, which has
been the recent practice of Benny Hinn and others, as we have reported
previously.”
All the above is nothing but sad and tragic
reading and some of you will have found it difficult to read, but beloved, it
was necessary to be made known, and again I stress, it was given to me by our
precious Lord, for we need to remember that even our Lord and Saviour spoke out
harshly when He was with us …
“You snakes! You brood of vipers! How
will you escape being condemned to gehenna (a valley
of rubbish to be burned in Jerusalem)?
Therefore I am sending you prophets and wise men and teachers. Some of them you
will kill and impale; others you will flog in your synagogues and pursue from
town to town.” Mattityahu - Matthew
23:33-34. (A literal translation from Hebrew and Greek)
The sad fact is that these evil teachers
around today, who are the shepherds will mislead their sheep from the very wise
men and teachers that our Lord and Saviour is sending, yes even this very day.
However, there is only one way to check what is right; 1. Pray for discernment.
2. Very slowly read and study the blessed Word of the Father for what He has
given us is blessed and holy! I sincerely recommend that you obtain a very good
online Bible system, a simple one is “PC Study Bible 4” (there may
be a higher number by now?), or for a superior system for those on a higher
lever, try “Bibleworks 6,” which I also
have. I find that for many the PC Study Bible is good for looking up a word and
verse, and then look up the Strong's concordance, either the Hebrew
interlinear, or the Greek, pending if it is the Old or New Testaments. But all
this will assist in checking the Word, for the English alone is not always
correct, as translators as a whole did a terrible job. Also with PC Study
Bible, when looking up in the Interlinear switch on the “9999” that
means that a certain word was not written and that it was added later. You will
discover that there are even whole sentences added at a later date. Thus, these
PC tools are there to help you to get closer to our beloved Saviour. However,
all this it must never be just head knowledge, but full of the heart and love,
for with out love all this it is meaningless!

Part Three
“For when they say, 'Peace and
safety' then sudden destruction comes upon them
as labour pains upon a pregnant woman”
There is one other matter, beloved, that I
must deal with in this work. Certain ministries claim to love, “comfort” and
support the people and the nation of Israel. The tragedy is, this
ministry and their many supporters who are unaware of their doctrines and
unknowingly they are loving Israel,
and individual Jewish lives right into the “Time of Jacob's
Trouble,” for these ministries teach a hideous lie.
The International Christian Embassy in
Jerusalem (ICEJ), yes a group so highly respected by so many around the
world, features a great deal of Jewish (style)
song and dance in their programmes but also teaches the great and evil, yes a
satanic untruth, “that the Time
of Jacob's Trouble has passed.” They say that it “has already occurred.”
This, beloved, is a horrible lie of the evil one.
Fifty years after the miraculous establishment
of the State of Israel, the Australian leader of this organisation spoke at a
Church I attended the day prior ‘Israel’s 50th
Jubilee Celebration’ at the Sydney Opera House on 28 April 1998. During
his message, he made clear their doctrine and again stated, amongst other
things, “Israel’s
time of trouble has passed.” The Word of Elohim clearly speaks
of the “Time of Ya’akov’s (Jacob’s)
Trouble” during the seven-year “Great Tribulation.”
The Scriptures clearly describes
the massive destruction that will take place in Israel and amongst the people
during the “Time
Ya’akov’s Trouble” in the second half of the 70th
week, as spoken of by the prophet Daniel
chapter 9. Like Jeremiah and Zechariah, we the Body must warn Israel of the impending horror that
awaits them, unless they Repent and Return to YaHVaH Elohim
and accept their true Messiah Yahushua as their Redeemer! Whilst I was in the Netherlands ministring in 1999 one of their spokesmen, Pieter van Oort of “The
Israel Centre” stated, “there
is no need to preach Yeshua to the Jews, for every Jew will be saved.”
Pieter then gave me an article by Jan Willem van der
Hoeven, who as we know was the head of the ICEJ,
and in it he claimed that 1. “There will be no Great Tribulation,
nor a Time of Jacob’s
Trouble.” 2. “No antichrist.” 3. “Israel will now
be safe.” 4. “To pray for an Arab Israeli peace
agreement.” I think
we have found an anti-christ right there!
Beloved, all this is part of an
evil Satanic lie of sinfulness! Especially the words “no need to preach Yeshua to the Jews.” Yet, the
Word of Lord clearly instructs us, that …
“Repentance and remission
of sins should (must) be
preached in His Name among the Gentiles, beginning at Jerusalem” Lukas
- Luke 24:47.
As individual Hebrews (Jews) return to the Elohim of Abraham,
Isaac and Jacob through their Messiah, they become “Completed Hebrews” in Yahushua and receive the
great "comfort" of
Salvation and the promise that they will not have to endure “the hour of trial”
and “the wrath to come.”
Through the Grace of Yahushua the Messiah, we receive true “comfort” of life
everlasting in the Kingdom
of Elohim! So many of these ministries
give Israel
a false hope of peace, just as the world is so busily doing at this time. They
preach peace, a false peace, as the Berlin Wall tumbled and the peace accord
was promoted in the Middle East, by the USA and the EU. (But read 1
Thessalonians 5:3-11).
“Pray (enquire) for the peace of Jerusalem”
is a Scripture much loved by many of the faithful. However, we all know that
Messiah Yahushua is the only one who can bring peace into individual lives and
to the earth. This will happen when He comes again at his Second Coming!

shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free”

Where do you stand, with Schuller, the Pope,
Benny Hinn or one of the many other deceivers that preach the gospel of
prosperity, health, wealth, out of control ‘spirit laughter,’ and
pre-destination? If you do, you must also uphold the rest of their false satanically
based teachings. Alternatively beloved, will you stand on Him who is our Rock
and our sure foundation? Only in the sure Word of YHVH Elohim and Messiah
Yahushua is there Comfort, Hope and
Peace!
Let us, the true, strong and faithful in
Messiah Yahushua, STAND UP and be counted worthy, praying and fasting, DOING
SPIRITUAL WARFARE! Let us place our minds and beings in Spiritual mode, rather
than in the physical!
“There are some who trouble
you and want to pervert the Gospel of the Messiah. But even if we, or an angel
from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you,
let him be accursed” Galatians 1:7-8.
“The path of the just is as
the shining light, that shines more and more unto the perfect day.”

“The way of the wicked is
as darkness, they know not at what they stumble” Proverbs 4:19.
“For when they say,
‘Peace and safety!’ then sudden destruction comes upon them, as
labour pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you,
brethren are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.
You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night, nor of
darkness. Therefore, let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be
sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk
at night. But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of
faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. For Elohim did not
appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Yahushua the
Messiah, who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live
together with Him. Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as
you also are doing” 1 Thessalonians 5:3-11.
May the grace of Messiah
Yahushua, our precious Saviour, be with you till we meet Him in the air! Listen
and be ready for the Trumpet Sound!
For the Lord Himself will descend
from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet
of Elohim. And the dead in Messiah will rise first. Then we who are alive and
remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in
the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one
another with these words” 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18.
