Please Note: On this site we prefer to use the actual Name of our loving Heavenly Father as it was written in the Hebrew and thus you will note that we will use the four letter “Memorial Name” of - YHVH, which is pronounced as YaHVaH or YaHWaH, also we will use our Heavenly Father’s title, which is “Elohim” rather than “God.” We need to remember that “Elohim” (God) is NOT a name but an attribute, a title! In addition we also love to use the actual/real Name of our beloved “Messiah” in Greek written as “Christos”, but His loving Name is - “Yahushua” or “Yeshua” in short, for this is our Saviours original Hebrew Name as given to Him in Lukas - Luke 1:31. This was the only Name ever used when He was on the earth by His family, disciples and His followers for hundreds of years thereafter. However, it was changed to a foreign name by that new Church, that later became known as “the greater Roman Church.” Occasionally, we may also use other Hebrew or Greek names and words in our studies, but these will be translated when they are used, either the first time in a study or at various times as needed for clarity. Allah is NOT

YHVH Elohim – (The LORD our God)!

The question we should ask of ourselves - “Is Allah the same Elohim (God) as that of Israel and the Father of our Messiah Yahushua (called Jesus by the Church)?” Some will claim yes it is. However, the truth is - Allah is NOT in any way related, for he is another and the truth is clearly told in history. For history establishes beyond the shadow of doubt that even pagan Middle Eastern people, those who we now call “Arabs”, long before Muhammad’s time, knew their chief god by the name of “Allah” and they even proclaimed his unity. Among these pagan people of the Middle East this term denoted the chief god of their pantheon with its three hundred and sixty idols, and we will learn something about the Kaaba.

Allah is not the Elohim (God) of the Scriptures, but it is the personal name for an Islamic god!

The phrase “no god but Allah” proves “Allah” is not just another word for “god” to the Muslims. The transliterated phrase from Arabic reads, “La Ilaha ill Allah.”

A word for word translation into English would read: La (no) Ilaha (god) ill (except or but) Allah (Allah). The important thing to note is that the word “Allah” is a name and is not the Muslim word for god, although they will say it is, but “Ilaha” is! If "Allah" were the word for god, then the phrase would read, “There is no Allah but Allah.” But clearly it does not.

The Qur’an itself claims that Allah is the personal name of the Islamic god: (017.110) “Say, call Him Allah or call Him Ar-Rahman; whatever the name you call Him, all His names are beautiful.”

As part of the first “Pillar of Islam,” this issue is critical as Islam claims that the Elohim (God) of the Scriptures (whose “Memorial Name is YHVH, pronounced in the Hebrew, YaHVaH or YaHWaH) and that “God and Allah are one and the same and that we therefore all worship the same God.” This is an outright a lie! Allah is a false and pagan god; in fact he is the moon-god!

The crescent tells the story!

Archaeological evidence gathered from both North and South Arabia demonstrates that Moon-god worship was clearly active even in Muhammad’s day and was still the dominant cult. According to numerous inscriptions, while the name of the Moon-god was Sin, his title was al-ilah, i.e. “the deity,” meaning that he was the chief or high god among the gods. The Moon-god was called al-ilah, i.e. the god, which was shortened to Allah in pre-Islamic times. The pagan Arabs even used Allah in the names they gave to their children. For example, both Muhammad’s father and uncle had Allah as part of their names.

The fact that they were given such names by their pagan parents proves that Allah was the title for the Moon-god even in Muhammad’s day. Under Mohammed’s tutelage, the relatively anonymous Ilah became Al-Ilah, The god, or Allah, the Supreme Being. This fact answers the questions, “Why is Allah never defined in the Qur’an? Why did Muhammad assume that the pagan Arabs already knew who Allah was?”

Muhammad was raised in the religion of the Moon-god Allah. But he went one step further than his fellow pagan Arabs. While they believed that Allah, i.e. the Moon-god, was the greatest of all gods and the supreme deity in a pantheon of deities, Muhammad decided that Allah was not only the greatest god but the only god. In effect he said, “Look, you already believe that the Moon-god Allah is the greatest of all gods. All I want you to do is to accept that the idea that he is the only god. I am not taking away the Allah you already worship. I am only taking away his wife and his daughters and all the other gods (note: Yes, he did have a wife and children).” This is seen from the fact that the first point of the Muslim creed is not, “Allah is great” but “Allah is the greatest,” in other words, he is the greatest among all the gods. Why would Muhammad say that Allah is the “greatest” except in a polytheistic context? The Arabic word is used to contrast the greater from the lesser. That this is true is seen from the fact that the pagan Arabs never accused Muhammad of preaching a different Allah than the one they already worshipped. This “Allah” was the Moon-god according to the archaeological evidence. Muhammad thus attempted to have it both ways. To the pagans, he said that he still believed in the Moon-god Allah. To the Jews and the Christians, he said that Allah was their God too. But both the Jews and the Christians knew better and that is why they rejected his god Allah as a false god. And we also need to remember that the Islamic symbol is what? Their most important symbol that is seen atop their mosques is the crescent moon, yes, the moon-god Allah!

The Kaaba in Mecca: In ancient times and still today, the pagan Arabs worshipped the Moon-god Allah by praying toward Mecca several times a day, and when ever they could would make an annual pilgrimage to Mecca, running around the temple of the Moon-god called the “Kaaba” or “Kabah,” kissing the black stone, throwing stones at the devil, fasting for the month that begins and ends with the crescent moon, and they used to kill an animal in sacrifice to the Moon-god. What about the kissing of the black stone?

“The most famous of all of the stone fetishes of Arabia was of course, the black stone in the sanctuary of Mecca. The Kabah was and it still is a rectangular stone structure, but built into the eastern corner is a black stone that has been the object of worship for centuries before Mohammed appropriated the Kabah for his new religion, and made pilgrimage to this so-called holy place known as one of the pillars of Islam” (from - Mohammed: The man and his faith, by Tor Andrae, 1936, Translated by Theophil Menzel, 1960, p. 13-30; Britannica, Arabian Religions, p. 1059, 1979).

The “Hadschar al Aswad” - black stone

The “Hadschar al Aswad” (black stone) in the Kabah is the most well known example of meteorite worship in newer times. Despite the prohibition of portraying god and adoration of objects, pilgrims to Mecca kiss this “Hadschar al Aswad” that according to the prophet is “Yamin Allah,” the right hand of god, supposedly a divine meteorite or Bethel-stone predating creation that fell at the feet of Adam and Eve. And as stated in the writing as seen earlier it is embedded in the south eastern corner of the Kabah. Muslims touch and kiss this black stone during Hajj.

Are all in the Middle East: 1 - Arabs & 2 – descendants from Ishmael?

Are the all Arabs descendents from Ishmael? Now just think about it; the Egyptians are certainly not Arabs for they are Egyptians, the Lebanese were originally Phoenicians, and the Syrians? Well the Scriptures makes that quite clear they are Syrians. Iraq is Assyria and Babylon, Iran is Persia and the list goes on, thus not one of these nations is in fact Arab or descendents of Ishmael. That is a big Islamic con.

Muhammad took an ancient pagan god that goes back many thousands of years, whose name was Allah and placed in a bit of Judaism and Christianity within it and he created a new religion. He linked his Allah to the One true Elohim of Abraham. However, he forgot one minor detail, the Name of the Elohim (God) of Abraham is not Allah, but as the Scriptures clearly state “YHVH” - YaHVah or YaHWaH.

We need to be very mindful when we are told by some that Muslims worship the same god, for they do not! They need to come to know the true Elohim of Abraham whose Name is YaHVaH, and Yahushua, the Messiah who rose from the dead that we might all have life eternal. That pagan god Allah has done nothing and what does he offer men and young boys who can have lots of virgins in heaven if they will go and slaughter innocent men, women and children as suicide bombers and acts of hideous terrorists. Now surely that cannot be a true god, or people of a true god that teach these hideous lies! Islam is NOT a religion of peace as they will try to convince many, for according to the Koran, if a Muslim converts to the faith of Messiah Yahushua they must be put to death as they have been in the Middle East and we know of those who are on death row at this time of writing!
